This is the LIGHT version of the Pedals Barcelona mountain bike tour for everyone who has a minimum amount of fitness and does regular sport (3-5 hours a week). The tour includes a day of regeneration to recover stregth for the final two stages. The regeneration day allows you to experience a nice hike to the Sant Llorenç mountain or a nice relaxing day at a wellness spa.

CHALLENGE  is the original version of the Pedals Barcelona mountain bike tour. The stages are designed in a manner that gives you enough recovery time to regenerate for the next stage. You should be a solid athlete who does sports on a regular basis ( > 5 hours per week).

The CHALLENGE is divided into 4 stages, the first stage being by far the hardest of the four.

The EXTREME  version of the Pedals Barcelona mountain bike is the toughest variation of the tour. Wherever possible we exchanged regular forrestal paths with single trails increasing the technical definition of the route significantly.

You must be an experienced and very fit Mountainbiker to complete the EXTREME. You should have done similar distances in km and height meters in the past. Book this option only if you are 100% sure that you can complete it – otherwise you do not make yourself a favour.
